Refund policy

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you're entitled to request a refund. We accept returns on unworn, unused items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are sent back in their original packaging with no signs of use, misuse, or alteration.

To return an item, please use a certified or trackable mail service and email us your tracking information at hello@cloveproject.com. Please also include either your original invoice or a note with your order number, full name, and email address inside the parcel — this helps us process your return without delays.

Once your return has been received and approved, we'll refund the cost of the returned items minus original shipping and packaging charges. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of approval. Any item deemed unsuitable for resale due to damage, misuse, or altered packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please get in touch. Exchanges are subject to available stock, and you'll be responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, taxes, or applicable fees.

Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically to your order.


Gift returns

If you're returning a gift, we'll issue store credit to the value of the item. Store credit is valid for one year from the date of exchange and can be used toward any purchase in our online store. Additional cost differences, shipping costs, and applicable fees remain the responsibility of the customer.


Faulty items

We're happy to exchange or refund any item that arrives faulty, provided you notify us by email within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. In the case of a confirmed fault or shipping error, we'll cover the return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for exchanges to be processed once we've received the item.

Faults resulting from misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or normal wear and tear are not covered.


Lifetime warranty

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. Clove Project offers a lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects, accidental breaks, and tarnishing from normal use. Eligible customers can receive a one-time replacement per item under this policy.

Please note that the warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or misused. To make a warranty claim, email hello@cloveproject.com with a photo of the issue and your order number.
